Rui Negrão joins Diggspace as Head of Product & Business to drive international growth, strengthen partnerships and accelerate the platform’s AI evolution.

With nearly 30 years of professional experience, Rui Negrão joins Diggspace as Head of Product & Business to lead a new phase focused on global expansion, strengthening the partner ecosystem and further integrating AI into the digital employee experience.

Lisbon, September 22, 2026Diggspace, a digital adoption and internal communications hub integrated with Microsoft 365 and developed in Portugal, has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Rui Negrão as Head of Product & Business, as the company accelerates its international expansion and prepares for the next stage in the platform’s evolution.

With nearly 30 years of experience across marketing, CRM, customer experience, digital and commercial strategy, Rui Negrão has built much of his career with international organizations including Vodafone, Salt Mobile and Philip Morris International, working in both Portugal and Switzerland.

At Diggspace, his mission will be to bring product, market, customers and partners closer together, helping organizations turn their Microsoft 365 investments into stronger adoption, collaboration, productivity and business impact.

“What attracted me to Diggspace was precisely its vision for addressing a challenge that remains very present in organizations today: the technology is there, but connecting people, information, processes and knowledge in a simple and effective way is still difficult,” says Rui Negrão.

Product, adoption and AI at the heart of the strategy

One priority for this new phase will be to strengthen Diggspace’s positioning as a platform that brings together the digital employee experience, technology adoption and artificial intelligence.

The platform’s evolution will also enhance organizations’ ability to measure the real impact of their digital investments, tracking indicators related to Microsoft 365 usage, digital behaviors, AI adoption, productivity and engagement.

“Technology only creates value when it changes behaviors. People don’t evaluate systems or individual features; they evaluate experiences,” adds Rui Negrão. “When they can quickly find the information they need, collaborate more easily, make better use of the tools available to them and fully benefit from artificial intelligence, the impact is directly reflected in productivity and business results.”

Another area of development will be the increasingly native integration of artificial intelligence into the user experience, with the goal of turning Diggspace into a digital environment that delivers relevant context, knowledge and recommendations through a unified experience.

The appointment comes as Diggspace expands internationally, supported by a strategy focused on developing an ecosystem of Microsoft partners, Modern Work consultancies, and organizations involved in technology adoption and change management projects.

Diggspace recently announced its entry into the Brazilian market through a partnership with SND Distribuição, one of the country’s largest technology distributors.

For Rui Negrão, this ecosystem will play a central role in the company’s growth strategy: “Partners enable us to reach more organizations, geographies and industries while bringing greater customer proximity and a deep understanding of each context. We want to build long-term relationships with organizations that can develop business around Diggspace independently and sustainably.”

The company also aims to strengthen the platform’s global positioning within the Microsoft ecosystem: “I see Diggspace as an accelerator for Microsoft 365 adoption, helping organizations unlock the potential of Copilot while creating more effective and more human workplace experiences.”

For Nuno Miguel Guerra, Founder of Diggspace, Rui Negrão joins the company at a key moment: “We believe the convergence of artificial intelligence, digital adoption and productivity will transform the way organizations work. Rui Negrão’s arrival, together with the international experience he has gained at leading multinational companies, strengthens our ability to accelerate this vision and establish Diggspace as a global reference within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.”

Rui Negrão holds a degree in Business Management from ISCTE and an Executive MBA from HEC Lausanne.

Diggspace in Action: Success Stories Across Industries

One of the best ways to understand Diggspace’s value is through its customer success stories. Organizations in various sectors – from insurance to healthcare – have leveraged Diggspace to transform their internal communication and employee experience. Here are a few highlights:

Victoria Seguros - Insurance

Victoria Seguros, a major European insurance company, faced an aging intranet that was costly and inflexible. They chose Diggspace as the platform for a new employee portal, with goals to gain agility in content management and strengthen the connection between the company and its people. The result was a state-of-the-art intranet launched quickly via Diggspace. In an industry where information needs to be timely and trusted, Diggspace helped Victoria boost productivity and create a closer-knit culture.

Medway - Logistics

Medway, a large logistics and rail transport company, needed to improve internal communications across their distributed workforce. By implementing Diggspace, Medway was able to centralize company news and events in one place and enhance social connection among employees. Diggspace helped break down silos – employees became more aware of company happenings and felt more connected to each other. Medway’s intranet adoption soared, leading to improved alignment and teamwork in their operations. For a fast-moving logistics firm, better communication translates to smoother coordination and ultimately better service delivery.

Ceetrus - Retail Real Estate

Ceetrus (formerly Immochan) is a global retail real estate developer that operates shopping centers in 12 countries. They embarked on a digital transformation project and needed a portal to connect their teams with hundreds of shopping mall tenants and workers. Ceetrus chose Diggspace for a pilot in Portugal because it was “ready-to-use” with fast deployment, cloud scalability, and deep Microsoft 365 integration – essentially ticking all their boxes. Using Diggspace (branded internally as “My CEETRUS”), they built a community hub for shopping center staff to feel part of a community and get work done more efficiently.

Coimbra Hospital Center – ULS Coimbra - Healthcare

ULS Coimbra, one of Portugal’s largest healthcare providers (8 hospitals and 26 clinics), needed to modernize its intranet to support over 10,000 healthcare professionals. Their legacy system was complex, insecure, and couldn’t scale after a post-2024 expansion. Adopting Diggspace allowed ULS Coimbra to create a “digital atrium for all employees” – a central space for institutional content like policies, board updates, news, events and training, accessible to everyone.
