Lisbon, August 25, 2026 – Diggspace, a digital adoption and internal communications hub integrated with Microsoft 365 and developed in Portugal, has taken another major step in its international expansion strategy by establishing a partnership with SND Distribuição, founded over 39 years ago and now one of Brazil’s leading technology distributors.
The agreement enables SND to market and promote Diggspace through its partner network across Brazil, expanding the footprint of the Portuguese technology in a large market with significant growth potential.
The move into this region comes at a time when many organizations still struggle to translate significant investments in Microsoft 365 into effective adoption, collaboration, and measurable business impact.
“Microsoft 365 is deployed across thousands of organizations, yet there is still a significant gap between making technology available and ensuring that it is used consistently and productively in everyday work,” says Nuno Miguel Guerra, Founder of Diggspace. “Brazil is particularly relevant to us because it combines scale, technological maturity, distributed teams, and adoption challenges similar to those we see in other markets. Our partnership with SND gives us the local presence, expertise, and execution capabilities needed to approach this market effectively.”
Available on a subscription basis and ready to use within days, Diggspace works as a cross-functional digital adoption layer that brings communication, knowledge, and workplace tools together in a single integrated environment. The platform helps organizations reduce information fragmentation, improve internal communications, and increase adoption of their existing Microsoft solutions.
Adilson Lucas, Head of Cloud & New Business at SND Distribuição, says: “We continuously look for solutions that enable our partner network to deliver tangible value to their customers. Diggspace stands out because it addresses one of the most persistent challenges in digital transformation: ensuring that technology is genuinely useful and consistently adopted in everyday work. Through this partnership, we are bringing a differentiated platform to Brazil that is fully aligned with the Microsoft ecosystem.”
With nearly four decades of experience in the technology sector, SND has an extensive network of resellers, integrators, and managed service providers.
“SND brings together several qualities that we consider essential at this stage of our expansion: strong market recognition, experience, and close ties to the Microsoft ecosystem,” adds Nuno Miguel Guerra. “Our goal goes beyond software distribution. We are looking for partners that can help their customers generate real value from the investments they have already made.”
The expansion into Brazil is part of a broader international strategy supported by local partners and focused on markets with high Microsoft 365 penetration, where challenges around adoption, engagement, and productivity remain.
One of the best ways to understand Diggspace’s value is through its customer success stories. Organizations in various sectors – from insurance to healthcare – have leveraged Diggspace to transform their internal communication and employee experience. Here are a few highlights:

Victoria Seguros, a major European insurance company, faced an aging intranet that was costly and inflexible. They chose Diggspace as the platform for a new employee portal, with goals to gain agility in content management and strengthen the connection between the company and its people. The result was a state-of-the-art intranet launched quickly via Diggspace. In an industry where information needs to be timely and trusted, Diggspace helped Victoria boost productivity and create a closer-knit culture.

Medway, a large logistics and rail transport company, needed to improve internal communications across their distributed workforce. By implementing Diggspace, Medway was able to centralize company news and events in one place and enhance social connection among employees. Diggspace helped break down silos – employees became more aware of company happenings and felt more connected to each other. Medway’s intranet adoption soared, leading to improved alignment and teamwork in their operations. For a fast-moving logistics firm, better communication translates to smoother coordination and ultimately better service delivery.

Ceetrus (formerly Immochan) is a global retail real estate developer that operates shopping centers in 12 countries. They embarked on a digital transformation project and needed a portal to connect their teams with hundreds of shopping mall tenants and workers. Ceetrus chose Diggspace for a pilot in Portugal because it was “ready-to-use” with fast deployment, cloud scalability, and deep Microsoft 365 integration – essentially ticking all their boxes. Using Diggspace (branded internally as “My CEETRUS”), they built a community hub for shopping center staff to feel part of a community and get work done more efficiently.

ULS Coimbra, one of Portugal’s largest healthcare providers (8 hospitals and 26 clinics), needed to modernize its intranet to support over 10,000 healthcare professionals. Their legacy system was complex, insecure, and couldn’t scale after a post-2024 expansion. Adopting Diggspace allowed ULS Coimbra to create a “digital atrium for all employees” – a central space for institutional content like policies, board updates, news, events and training, accessible to everyone.
