February 26, 2025 Updates:
🎥 Embed Videos
You can now directly embed videos uploaded to Diggspace in your content, making it easier to share rich media.
👤 Hidden Users & Read Confirmations
Hidden users are no longer included in read confirmations. They will not receive notifications and will not be counted towards progress tracking.
- Notification links: Fixed notification links to multi-channels not working correctly.
- Media Embed Option: Fixed the media embed option in the content editor not working properly for some links.
- Microsoft 365 sync: Fixed an issue where some users were incorrectly removed during the daily Microsoft 365 sync, even when the "Remove Users" option was disabled.
February 12, 2025 Updates:
Request Read Confirmations on Articles
Ever struggled to ensure important information gets the attention it deserves? You can now request a read confirmation on critical articles, ensuring all users are notified and allowing you to track readership.

Users can now request read confirmations on articles to enhance engagement and accountability.
🎯 Targeted Course Access
Courses now have a designated target audience, ensuring relevant training reaches the right users.
📰 New "Newsletter Admin" Role
A new role has been added, allowing users to create, edit, and send newsletters without requiring Global Admin permissions.
- Invitations: Fixed new users showing up as "invited" even if an invitation hadn’t been sent.
- Global Channels: Fixed an issue preventing Global channels from being added to the sidebar of other scopes.
