Diggspace Product Updates - April 2025

At Diggspace, we are constantly working to improve your experience with our platform. From new features to bug fixes, we’ve made several updates to ensure that your workflow is smooth and efficient. Here’s a summary of everything we’ve worked on over the last month:

April 23, 2025 Updates:

Smarter Group Rules

You can now automatically add users to groups based on their Department, Company, Job Title, Name, or Email. It’s easier than ever to manage your audiences at scale.

• Document Replacement: Fixed an issue where documents weren’t being replaced properly when their file was updated.
• Power BI embed: Fixed a bug preventing Power BI components from being saved in articles or channels.

January 8, 2025 Updates:

Article Update Notifications

You can now send a notification when updating an article—not just when publishing it for the first time. Simply click the arrow next to the publish button and select Publish and notify update to alert subscribers.

Expanded File Upload Support

We now support uploads of common Microsoft 365 file extensions and email files, making it easier to share relevant documents.

• Calendar integration fix: The “Add event to calendar” button now works properly. If you're logged in with Microsoft 365, events go directly to your Outlook calendar. Otherwise, an iCalendar file will download for manual import.
  
• Comments: Fixed a bug that limited articles to loading only 2 comments at a time.
• Image picker: Improved image load speed in the image picker for smoother content editing
